I had an assignment for my photo class -- night photography. I was skeptical but found it very fun. Where else would you be standing in a deserted, dimly lit area of Sacramento "bracketing" your frozen buns off? Sober? As a noob at photography - I have trouble with the creative assignments because, well you have to be creative. But I feel my brain working overtime and enjoy running photography concepts with friends and seeing their reaction and their enthusiasm when they ask if they can be part of my assignment. Bring on the glow sticks, bike lights and LED flashlights. I have to remember to thank my Dad for getting me one for Christmas -- every year. The flashlights, not the scenarios.
